Yes, our Home System pendant is waterproof. Since we have multiple systems to offer, it is always best to consult with a Galaxy Medical Alert customer representative to make sure you are fully informed on the different pendants available.

Yes, you can take the Galaxy Medical Alert system with you on vacation. We monitor all across the United States and Canada. Simply call our office and speak with one of our representatives and provide us with the information required while you are on vacation and then relax and enjoy yourself.

It is no problem, we do not mind. Just simply stand by the unit and when one of our Galaxy Medical Alert Response Centre operators asks if you need help simply tell them that it was a mistake and that no help is needed.

Yes, it is recommended that you test your Galaxy Medical Alert system weekly. Our systems auto test once a month. However, we welcome weekly tests by our customers, and we enjoy talking to them.

The lockbox is designed to hang on your door handle or on your screen door arm. The code will only be provided to emergency responders in the event that you cannot get to the door.
