We will refund any unused portion of a quarterly or annual prepaid plan after the first initial 90-day commitment. You must return all equipment to Galaxy Medical Alert Systems Ltd. in tact and in working order. The day we receive the equipment back is the day we calculate the amount of refund.
If you are unhappy with your pendant, you can exchange your pendant within the first 30 days of service. You must return the pendant to us after ordering a new one. Once we receive the original pendant, we will refund the charge to you.
